A third woman has stepped forward to accuse New York Governor Andrew Cuomo of inappropriate behavior.
Anna Ruch told The New York Times late Monday that Cuomo touched her face and back and asked to kiss her moments after they met at a wedding reception.
Ruch said the Governor seemed “aggressive” during their brief encounter, promptly putting his hands on her face and asking if he could kiss her.

“I was so confused and shocked and embarrassed,” Ruch told the Times. “I turned my head away and didn’t have words in that moment.”
The latest accusation follows sexual harassment allegations against the governor from two women who had worked for his administration.
Of course, the great tragedy in all of this is that Governor Andrew Cuomo has further sullied the reputation of persons who wear barbells as nipple rings.
Many nipple ring aficionados lead productive and accomplished lives as productive citizens in our society. One day, one of them will become President… But not New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
