RICHMOND, Ind.–Richmond police officer Seara Burton was shot and seriously injured in a traffic stop earlier this month. That incident happened shortly before she was supposed to get married.

On Saturday, Burton’s fiancée Sierra Neal posted a video on TikTok of her walking in a white dress toward Burton’s hospital room with the song “Something in the Orange” by Zach Bryan playing in the background. She is surrounded by hospital staff in the video who are also showing support to Burton.

“This walk was supposed to look a lot different, but I will always be thankful we still got to celebrate. Even if it is not legal on paper, you are my wife. I love you Seara,” said Neal in the caption for the video.

The video has been viewed millions of times and has more than 260,000 likes.

Burton has serious injuries at a hospital in Ohio.

The man accused of shooting Burton is now charged with three counts of attempted murder in addition to drugs and weapons charges initially filed in his arrest.

Prosecutors say the additional charges against Phillip Lee come from his shooting at two other police officers at the same time he shot Burton.
