Trump campaign lawyer and former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell claims an investigation into the results of the 2020 election has uncovered evidence that will invalidate hundreds of thousands of Biden ballots and prove that it was mathematically impossible for the Democrat candidate to win the Presidency.
“There are lawsuits underway in Michigan and Pennsylvania that include evidence of significant irregularities in the voting process,” Powell said in an interview with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo. “That evidence includes ballot being brought in on pallets after voting closed, testimony from eye-witnesses who saw people writing ‘Biden/Harris’ on ballots, ballots being found on the sidewalk and put in the trashcan – always Trump ballots went in the trashcan. It’s just stunning, Maria.”
Powell told Bartiromo that their investigation has also uncovered statistical evidence that proves it was “mathematically impossible for the election to turn out the way it did.”
Powell said that evidence includes the exact same number of ballots being injected into the Michigan system two separate times and into the Wisconsin system a total of three separate times.
“That simply not possible, and although time is not on our side, we only have to prove these claims by the preponderance of the evidence,” said Powell. “And frankly, given the fact that a ballot itself is evidence, the burden should be on the party seeing to introduce the ballots in their favor to prove that the chain of custody was maintained.”
She continued: “On top of that, we have multiple states who did not follow the law established by their legislature, which is a whole separate issue. That’s essentially what Justice Alito focused on when he issued his order regarding the Pennsylvania ballots that had to be separated from the night of the election. And there is no way they’re going to be counted because they weren’t even in compliance with the law of the legislature.”
Powell noted that a total of four states deviated from the laws established by their legislature with regard to handling voter ballots. By law, those ballots are required to be invalidated.
“It’s not a matter of curing them; they can’t be considered at all,” said Powell.
On Monday, Attorney General William Barr authorized U.S. attorneys across the country to “pursue substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 election is certified.
Powell alleged in her Fox Business appearance that if investigators fail to uncover enough evidence to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential Election, they are engaging in “willful blindness.”
“There are stacks of evidence and an enormous amount of witness testimony. I’ve lost count of how many there are at this point because more and more pour in every day,” said Powell. “So I would encourage all patriotic Americans who so irregularities on Election Day – a thumb drive being inserted into a voting machine during a tally and the tally suddenly changes to a massive pallet of ballots coming in the back door in the middle of the night and not properly handled at all – you need to report those things immediately.
She continued: “There are even large numbers of ballots that were filled out with the same ink, multiple irregularities. So there is a ton of evidence that this election was manipulated and there are hundreds of thousands of ballots that will have to be thrown out – all of them for Biden.”
