INDIANAPOLIS — People who love Circle Centre Mall may not have to wait much longer to shop there.
Simon Property Group will open 49 properties over the next few days, including 10 Indiana locations on Saturday, May 2, reports CNBC.
Simon said it will make free temperature testing available to customers, using infrared thermometers.
Free CDC-approved masks and hand sanitizing packets will also be available, reports CNBC. Simon said it will encourage shoppers to wear facial coverings while they shop.
It will be left up to the individual retailers at these Simon properties, such as American Eagle and Apple, to decide whether they wish to reopen for business, according to CNBC.
The following Indiana properties are expected to open May 2:

- Circle Centre Mall
- College Mall
- Fashion Mall at Keystone
- Greenwood Park Mall
- Hamilton Town Center
- Indiana Premium Outlets
- Lighthouse Place Outlets
- Tippecanoe Mall
- University Park Mall
