INDIANAPOLIS — Are you looking for something fun to do this Presidents’ Day? Head to the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site for a quick trip back to 1891!

During ‘Live! Presidents Day’ on Monday, Feb. 18, visitors are invited to tour the home where America’s 23rd President, Benjamin Harrison, lived for more than 25 years.

Actors portraying Pres. Harrison, First Lady Caroline Harrison, and members of the Harrison family will be on hand to interact with guests as they tour the original family home.

The actors will engage with guests as if it were 1891 and the Harrisons are home from the White House for a brief trip. All of the interactive experience is included in the price of admission.

Visitors can also explore the Site’s newest exhibit, Presidential Humor, which is filled with items that help demonstrate how humor has been used in elections throughout American history.

Indiana author Ray Boomhower will be on hand from noon to 3:30 p.m., signing copies of his new Benjamin Harrison biography, “Mr. President: A Life of Benjamin Harrison.”
