WATCH: Indianapolis Man Caught on Video Assaulting Teen on Motorbike, Being Held Without Bond

An Indianapolis man has been charged after a doorbell camera captured him assaulting a 14-year-old boy over a neighborhood dispute.

Jason Harrell, 45, was seen in the viral footage pushing the teenager off his motorized bike and punching him while making violent threats.

Harrell reportedly told the boy:

“Stay out of the road or I’ll kill you.”

Harrell also threatened the boy’s father using slurs.

The incident occurred on a quiet residential street when the teen was trying to start his bike.

Harrell, driving a white van, pulled up and angrily shouted at the boy before abruptly exiting the vehicle.

The video shows Harrell pushing the boy to the ground, punching him while he lay flat, and continuing to yell obscenities.

Despite the video evidence, Harrell has denied hitting the boy, telling police he only yelled at him.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police were called after the encounter, with the boy’s mother alleging Harrell had a history of badgering neighborhood kids who rode motorized bikes on the streets and sidewalks.

The boy’s mother shared the video on social media, where it quickly went viral, garnering more than 11 million views and sparking widespread outrage.

Harrell now faces one felony intimidation charge and two misdemeanor battery charges.
