State Fair Unveils “Taste Of The Fair” Lineup

The "Taste of the Fair" lineup is filled with 40 mouthwatering entries including BBQ Machos, Lobster Mac & Cheese and a Cotton Candy Lemon Shake Up.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — You can’t have a state fair without delicious and sometimes wacky food and drink options.

The Indiana State Fair has unveiled the 2025 “Taste of the Fair” presented by Pepsi. Featured in the lineup are 40 different fresh food and drink items, some of them sweet, some of them savory, and some of them deep-fried.

Fairgoers can cast their vote for their favorite “Taste of the Fair” at any Prairie Farms Information Booth throughout the fairgrounds, or by scanning the QR codes displayed at participating concession stands.

The top three fan-favorite vendors will receive cash prizes of $2,500, $1,000, and $500 respectively.
