Health Issues Force Billy Joel To Cancel Tour
PITTSBURGH, PA.–Billy Joel is canceling the rest of his tour dates for this year and next due to a brain disorder.
He was recently diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. The condition has led to Joel having problems with hearing, vision and balance.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is undergoing physical therapy and has been advised not to perform during the recovery period. In March, the singer postponed several shows due to needing to recover from surgery.
Joel said he’s “sincerely sorry” to disappoint fans and thanked them for their understanding.
