Man Shot and Killed near Indy’s East Side Early Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS — A man was shot and killed near Indy’s east side Sunday morning.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, which is in the 300 block of North Arsenal Avenue, before 5 a.m.
When police found the man, who was shot, they say he died at the scene. They identified him as Andre Dwayne Canady Jr.
