One Dead, Two Injured in Crash on Indy’s Northwest Side

INDIANAPOLIS –A crash on the northwest side late Friday night left one person dead and two others in serious condition.
IMPD responded around 11:30 p.m. on December 6 to the scene at Michigan Road and Northgate Street, near 58th Street. Police say a sedan and a pickup truck collided, with the driver of the sedan pronounced dead at the scene.
Two people riding in the truck were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The pickup truck driver will undergo a blood test, as is standard in fatal crashes. IMPD has not released the identity of the deceased.
