Now that the Colts are finally in the win column, can they go on a run and take advantage of a seemingly soft schedule for the next 7 weeks? The Colts will take on the Titans 2x, the Jags, Denver, New England, Washington, and Las Vegas. The only team that has overachieved according to preseason expectations? The Jaguars. The Colts schedule is shaping up to be ripe for a strong record and momentum going into the 2nd half of the season.
Through the 3 weeks the #1 paid Offensive Line in the NFL has been the weakest link of the 2022 Colts. Even in the win vs the Chiefs, the OL was a major reason why the offense was only able to muster 259 total yards.
Colts’ OL issues thru 3 games:
» 12 sacks allowed, 3rd-most in football
(Sack rate: 9.39% of dropbacks)
» 38 pressures on 118 pass attempts
(28.8% pressure rate)
» % of snaps with 3+ seconds to throw: Just 18.8%

107.5 The Fan Afternoon Host JMV praised the Colts for finding a way to win the game, but is still majorly concerned about a unit that was supposed to be the backbone of the offense that put it’s resources into the trenches rather than skill position players.
Take a listen to JMV’s thoughts on the Colts and where this leaves them with a huge matchup vs the Titans in Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday!
