Question: Is Mayor Joe Hogsett of Indianapolis aware of the fact that we developed technology in the 20th century that allows us to predict with tremendous accuracy an impending snow storm?

Question: Is Mayor Joe Hogsett of Indianapolis aware of the fact that we also developed mechanical contraptions known as ‘plows,’ which allow the removal of snow from the roads upon which his constituents must travel to work?

Question: Is Pothole Joe aware of the fact that this is an election year?

These are the questions that haunt the midwestern mind on this snowy Friday.
