Fever Use Big Fourth Quarter to Power Past Dallas

DALLAS—The Indiana Fever (17-16) trailed most of the game against the Dallas Wings on Sunday, but they seized control in the fourth quarter to win 100-93.
The Fever trailed after the first three quarters, but then outscored the Wings 30-19 in the fourth. Kelsey Mitchell scored 11 of her game-high 36 points to lead the Fever to victory. In the losing effort, Notre Dame graduate Arike Ogunbowale had 34 points and eight rebounds for the Wings.

The Wings beat the Fever in their final game before the Olympic break on July 17. Since that break, the Fever have gone 6-1.
Also helping out Mitchell on Sunday for Indiana was Caitlin Clark with 28 points and 12 assists. The other double figure scorer for the Fever was Nalyssa Smith with 14.
The Fever shot 53% from the field while Dallas only made 39% of their field goals.
Next up for Indiana is the 7-24 Los Angeles Sparks on Wednesday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Tipoff is at 7 pm.
