Indiana Senate Republicans unveiled their abortion bill, which would largely ban the procedure, with the exceptions of rape, incest, and health of the mother. On this week’s Statehouse Happenings, Rob Kendall and Abdul-Hakim Shabazz discuss the bill’s content, and if they think it will hold up throughout the Special Session.
