CLARK COUNTY, Ind.–Charges have been filed against two people involved in a road rage incident that happened in Clark County on December 6.

State Police say 30-year-old Kasey Haven of Salem and 64-year-old Ricky Hill of Henryville sideswiped one another while going north on I-65. Haven was in a Ford Bronco while Hill was driving a Chrysler Town and Country minivan. They both are accused of displaying a gun to one another before getting out of their vehicles to confront each other.

Detectives think Haven pointed her handgun at Hill and fired four shots, one of which hit him in the arm. Haven was detained at the scene.

An arrest warrant was filed through the Clark County Circuit Court for Hill. He was arrested Thursday afternoon at his home in Henryville and taken to the Clark County Jail.

The charges against Haven are as follows:

-Aggravated Battery, Level 3 Felony

-Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Level 5 Felony

-Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, Level 5 Felony

-Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Level 6 Felony

-Pointing a Firearm at Another Person, Level 6 Felony

-Aggressive Driving, Class A Misdemeanor

Hill is charged with the following:

-Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, Level 5 Felony

-Aggressive Driving, Class A Misdemeanor
