Chicago Bears Fire Matt Eberflus

CHICAGO, IL.–The Chicago Bears have fired head coach Matt Eberflus.
Eberflus decided to not to use a timeout in the final seconds of the Bear’s 23-20 loss to the Lions in Detroit on Thanksgiving.
The Bears have a record of 4-8 his season and Eberflus never took the team to the playoffs after being hired in 2022. Thomas Brown is now interim head coach.
Eberflus was the defensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018-2021.
