Bigfoot Exists, And There Are Many Of Them
So yesterday. I shared a story about Bigfoot.
That there is something called the Indiana Bigfoot Research Organization. And they’re having a conference in Nashville IN two days. They’re gonna talk Bigfoot. And they’ve got experts and and I’m like, “this is this is incredible”. LeRoy Nail, runs the Indiana Bigfoot Research Organization. He’s like, I was listening to the show. I heard Tony Katz was talking about it… WIBC should come out. I said we should send Sascha Nixon from the WIBC newsroom. I’m willing to pay the expenses just to cover the thing and see what what’s happening and we’re like. Ohh, if he’s gonna reach out, we got, we gotta bring him on. So, LeRoy Nail joins us, The Indiana Bigfoot Research Organization. There’s a website there. There’s everything there on the Facebooks. You can find them there. This group, it’s good to have you here. I did not know that. Bigfoot was that big of a deal. What is this organization?
LeRoy Nail:
Thank you for having us on and giving us this opportunity to talk about it. But there’s, there’s a lot more goes on in Indiana and what people think about. We’re not. You can’t really say Indiana is on the map for Bigfoot, not like Kentucky and Ohio and everything else. And that’s why we’re having this convention. We’re bringing in speakers from all over, from Kentucky and Ohio, Tennessee. And we’re letting them speak this weekend and talk about what’s going on in our areas, in their areas. Plus, we’ll be talking about what’s going on in our area here in Indiana because there’s a lot more that goes on than what people think.
All right, let’s start from the basics here, if you were to. Somebody brand new and an alien or somebody who was in a, in a cryogenic freeze and they had never heard of Bigfoot a day in their lives. How do you explain what you believe Bigfoot is?
LeRoy Nail:
Well, that’s, that’s a tough question because. People believe a wide range of things, which is our conference is going to cover that. Anything from just it’s a just a pure unknown ape that’s out there, which is not the truth. These are highly intelligent creatures that have language of their own that do communicate. They seem to understand us. They seem to respond to what we say and how we act. Yeah, they do stay hidden. Um. I’ve been kind of laughing lately and calling them Kamala of the Woods because you barely hear him or see him, you know?
So well, if we’re going to add the politics into this, you can. I’m going to leave it out of this. Talking with LeRoy Nail, runs the Indiana Bigfoot Research Organization. You just said there’s more than one. I was always under the impression there was 1. He just happens to have a lot of frequent flyer miles. You’re telling me that Bigfoot isn’t a singular, but rather is a, I’ll use the word improperly, a species?
LeRoy Nail:
Yes, there’s. Species normally, if you, you very rarely, rarely would have one come around you. There are normally three to four. The first thing they’ll do is circle. They’ll circle around you. If you are seeing something or having something in front of you, I can almost guarantee you there’s one on each side. That’s the first thing they’re going to do. They will protect themselves. They’re not all of this that you see on TV that there’s some big mean monster that’s going to RIP you apart and all this. I don’t believe any of that to be in Indiana. Now, I won’t say when you get out West, and you get into some very deep woods that they’re more territorial than here in Indiana. They’re throughout the state parks, throughout all the forests and private land. They will step around and they will avoid humans at all cost. That’s their deal.
If you’re confronted, it’s Jurassic Park and they’re the velociraptors coming at you from the side. Talking to LeRoy Nail, he runs the Indiana Bigfoot Research Organization. The conference is this weekend, Friday and Saturday in Nashville IN Bigfoot Research Organization. You can look it up for yourself. How many people come to this kind of conference and what are some of the subjects you expect to go over?
LeRoy Nail:
Well, we, we have a limited number of tickets that we sell. We could only sell 300 tickets and that’s because of seating and the size of facility. With having vendors inside of it that are going to be selling Bigfoot items and different items that you would find at any type of convention. So we did sell out of tickets. We sold out early. So we’re happy about that. So we we know that we’ll have. It’ll probably be 3 to 400 people there throughout the day on Saturday. We’re having a town hall on Friday night. I’m looking for a large turnout on that. They’ll be able to come in and tell their stories, so what they’ve experienced and be able to talk to some of the speakers. So that will be exciting in itself.
When, when, when you hear people saying, listen, you sound like a nice guy, but I don’t believe you in any way, shape or form. What, what is the thing that you say to try and turn them around?
LeRoy Nail:
I totally understand how they feel. I totally get it. I did not think 10 years ago that there was Bigfoot in Indiana. I thought maybe out West in Canada, Alaska or that it’s really some deep forest that we don’t have too much. Maybe they can stay hidden here in Indiana. Ohh, no, the woods are not deep enough in Indiana. When you think you’re walking in deep, you’re just walking out the other side of the forest around here. Well, I found that to be totally wrong. They are here and there’s many of them and. A lot of times hunters will experience them, but that’s the last thing that they’re thinking of. So that’s the last thing that they, unless it really steps dead out in front of them where there is absolutely no denying what is happening, they don’t see it. A hunter could see one walking across another ridge. Or a filled 200 yards away. It’s not 9 to 10 feet tall. Most of them around here that were we’re experiencing are maybe 7/7 and 1/2 foot. So, at 200 yards, you can’t judge that height. You don’t judge the height. So, hunters will see it and go. Why is that idiot in deer season not wearing orange? Well, it’s because it’s not a person, so they may experience it and that is what happens. I’ve talked to a number of hunters and experienced it… myself back ten years ago. Well, that’s exactly what I thought, so I totally understand why they would say, “You know, why isn’t there anybody’s? Well, that’s a good question. You know, it’s a great question. Do I have a solid answer for it? No. But I can tell you there’s thousands and thousands of deer across the Indiana, but yet the hunters have to go out and hunt. And Deers are smart, but they’re not as intelligent as what these things are.
LeRoy Nail, I hope it’s a success, the Indiana Bigfoot research organization. Tickets are sold out. You can try. It’s down in Nashville. You can find them on Facebook. I appreciate you taking the time. Ohh. We have to send Sascha Nixon down there. This is a must. I don’t know why I picked Sascha. We can send to anybody from The Newsroom. This has to be covered.
