IMPD Investigating Two Overnight Sunday Shootings

INDIANAPOLIS — Police in Indianapolis are investigating two overnight shootings.
Indianapolis Metro Police say a person walked into Methodist Hospital on West 16th Street just before 12:30 Sunday morning with a gunshot to the hand. That person is in stable condition, says IMPD.
Police were then dispatched to a second call around 3 o’clock Sunday morning for a person shot on Redfern Drive near Shelbyville Road on the southeast side of Indianapolis. That person is also in stable condition but it’s unclear what level of injury they sustained.
