The question remains regarding what the FBI was looking for as they raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Eric Trump and Trump’s lawyer Christiana Bobb are now revealing what happened the day of the search, including the FBI refusing to hand over a warrant.
Eric Trump told the Daily Mail that 30 agents arrived at the Mar-a-Lago property Monday. According to reports, the only form of warning the FBI gave to the Trump team was to his secret service one hour before their arrival.
Upon arrival, Eric Trump said officials had everyone leave the property including his father’s lawyer, Christiana Bobb. The FBI also demanded staff turn off all security cameras, but they refused. When Bobb asked to see the search warrant, Eric recounts that they begrudgingly showed her only part of order.
‘They would not give her the search warrant. So they showed it to her from about 10 feet away. They would not give her a copy of the search warrant.”
Bobb confirmed on Real America News Tuesday that she had a ‘bit of an exchange’ with officials before they showed her the warrant. She describes the document as very thin and partially sealed.
“ As you can tell from public records, the affidavit, the supporting documentation of what the probable cause was to obtain the warrant has been sealed.”
The Trump team says they were never given a copy of the warrant.
Tony Katz says it is paramount that the FBI reveal what they were looking for and if indeed they did find it.

“The question is: what’s in the warrant? What’s in the warrant is extremely important because it’s the difference in looking for something specific and going on a fishing expedition, which is beyond the pale …so what was it that the DOJ was looking for? If it was indeed just the records that Trump had, that you can argue, and we would find out is in violation of the Presidential Records Act, that’s no need for an FBI raid.”
