IMPD: Man Shot On Indy’s Northeast Side Has Died

INDIANAPOLIS–A man who was shot on the northeast side of Indianapolis Thursday night later died at a hospital, according to a news release from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department on Saturday.
Police were told that a man had been shot in the 3700 block of Wallace Avenue at around 11 pm. That is near the intersection of 38th street and Emerson Avenue.
The man was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Medical staff at the hospital pronounced him dead Friday.
