Fauci has been officially caught in his own lie.

Repeatedly, Dr. Anthony Fauci has been on record claiming that US tax dollars were not used for any Wuhan lab research funding in regards to the coronavirus. The National Institutes of Health is now admitting that they did in fact fund gain-of-function research on bats infected with COVID-19 in China.

Editor’s note: Gain-of-function research involves extracting viruses from animals to artificially engineer in a laboratory to make them more transmissible and deadly to humans.

A NIH official confirmed in a letter to Rep. James Corner that experiments were done to test if the coronavirus was capable of spreading among humans. The letter stated that they used a mouse model that did prove that the virus could infect humans.

Fauci, who is director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has testified several times including in front of Congress, denying the experiments. However, it’s been found that NIH was funneling millions of grant money to EcoHealth Alliance. The non-profit company has contributed to at least $600,000 to the Wuhan lab’s research.

Sen. Rand Paul has been an active voice in holding Fauci accountable, calling out his lies since the beginning.

The big question now is what will happen next? Tony Katz says Fauci should face charges. Listen to his full take here:
