Daniel Krauthammer, the son of legendary journalist Charles Krauthammer has compiled a book on his father’s legacy entitled “The Point of It All: A Lifetime of Great Loves and Endeavors.”

Monday morning, Daniel joined WIBC hosts the Chicks on the Right for an exclusive interview:

On writing the book:

“I decided that I wanted to world to know and understand just how incredible a man and a father he was, and it was my honor in doing this book. We started this book together before he had passed away, so I added the eulogy at the end of the book as a way of paying tribute to him and honoring his legacy, but more importantly, I felt it was important to bring attention to all the wonderful attributes he had and how special he was on a personal level.”

On the core content in the book:

“This is primarily a collection of my father’s columns, essays and speeches – many of which have never been published before. My father began putting this together when his health crisis struck last year. And I kind of decked out his room at the hospital with all kinds of gadgets and computers, so he was able to continue working on it when things were going well. But when the final prognosis came and he knew the end was coming, he entrusted me to finish it for him.”
