Kroger Health to Offer Free Drive-Thru Coronavirus Testing in Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS — Kroger Health, the Marion Co. Public Health Department and Indianapolis Public Schools will partner to offer free, drive-through coronavirus testing on Indy’s west side.
The tests will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on May 12 and 13, May 19 and 20, and May 26 and 27 at Ernie Pyle School 90 on W. 18th Street.
Individuals with and without symptoms can register at http://krogerhealth.com/covidtesting. Eligibility will be established by a virtual screening tool, in accordance with guidelines set by the CDC.
Those who are eligible can select an appointment time and will receive an email confirmation with pre-appointment paperwork.
Kroger health professionals expect to test as many as 330 people per day. Results are expected within approximately 72 hours.
