SPEEDWAY, Ind. — The suspect in a June murder in Speedway has been arrested in California.
20-year-old Ruben Gonzalez Magallanes was arrested Monday in San Bruno, Calif., according to the Speedway Police Department.
Magallanes is accused of killing Jayshawn Walker on June 20.
Police believe Walker was targeted and that his murder was not a random act, according to WISH-TV.
