INDIANAPOLIS — You may not know that across Indiana, one in six Hoosiers go hungry. It’s often because low-income families have to decide to go without food in order to pay for housing or medical care.
That’s why Kroger® has teamed up once again with 93 WIBC’s sister station B105.7 to host the “Share Your Feast” food drive.
When you stop at Kroger®, you can buy pre-bagged food for $3, $5 or $10 through Christmas Eve. You can also make cash donations of $1, $3 or $5. Last year, Kroger® customers gave over $250,000 to “Share Your Feast” which gave over 1,000,000 meals to Hoosier families in need.
All donations will go to a local food bank partner. In Indianapolis and most of central Indiana, food items will be donated to Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana.
