Toronto’s Fare Inspectors Get A “Crappy” New Name
“No laughing matter.”
Nothing ruins a serious rebrand than an accidental acronym, especially when it comes to toilet humor.
The Toronto fare inspectors have been putting forth a real effort to look more professional in the public eye. They typically wear yellow jackets when helping passengers navigate public transportation in the Toronto area. However, they have upgraded to a professional gray polo uniform and a more sophisticated title, “Provincial Offences Officers” or P.O.O. for short.
It wasn’t more than minutes before the internet took note the new unfortunate nickname for the fare inspectors.

At the end of the day, the internet will always side with any and all “memes.”
