WASHINGTON — Home prices across the U.S. are on the rise.
According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home price index, prices rose three-point-seven-percent in March, the last month for which data is available.
That’s down from a three-point-nine-percent increase in February, but two-point-seven-percent higher on a year-over-year basis. This was the slowest pace of growth since August 2012.
Las Vegas, Tampa and Phoenix have seen the largest gains.
