GRANDVIEW, Ind. — The body of a missing man was pulled out of the Ohio River on Saturday.

Hunter Conner had been missing since early Friday morning. The conservation officers with the Indiana DNR say they got the call about Conner shortly after 9 a.m. local time Friday.

His family said he was out hunting waterfowl on a kayak along the Ohio River. He went missing not far from the boat ramp he launched from.

Saturday afternoon, his family got the dreaded call from the DNR that they found Conner’s body. They believe he capsized while trying to retrieve a duck.
