BLOOMINGTON, Ind.—The #10 Indiana Hoosier football team dominated the Purdue Boilermakers to win the Old Oaken Bucket Saturday night at Memorial Stadium 66-0.

Despite the snow and frigid temperatures, a sellout crowd was there.

Indiana just finished their regular season with the most wins in program history by going 11-1. This was also Indiana’s first shut out win over Purdue since 1945.

The Hoosiers had 66 total points. Purdue finished with 67 total yards of offense. Indiana had nine touchdowns and a field goal.

Indiana quarterback Kurtis Rourke completed 23 of 31 passes for 349 yards with six touchdowns.

Wide receiver Elijah Sarratt finished with 165 receiving yards and two touchdowns. That’s the most  yards by an IU receiver in a Bucket game.

It is also the first time Indiana has won the Old Oaken Bucket since 2019.

Purdue finished the season 1-11 and without a win in the Big Ten.

Indiana now waits to see where they will play in the College Football Playoff.
