INDIANAPOLIS — From now until the end of the year, you can enjoy a Winter Wanderland in Indianapolis…with or without the snowfall.
No, this is not a spelling mistake. It is actually a new marketing campaign by Downtown Indy, Inc. (DII).

The campaign is intended to highlight some of the activities held in the Circle City each winter, including Christmas at the Zoo, the Festival of Trees, and the IRT’s production of “A Christmas Carol.”
And, even if you have lived in the Hoosier state for most of your life, you may want to experience the Winter Wanderland like a tourist. Various businesses in Indy will have free maps that you can use to check out “Downtown programming and holiday itineraries.”
DII President & CEO Taylor Schaffer says, “From our annual Circle of Lights celebration to iconic entertainment…Downtown Indianapolis has long been Central Indiana’s holiday hub.”
