2nd Drowning in 3 Weeks at Patoka Lake

A 2nd drowning death in 3 weeks at a popular recreational lake in Southern Indiana.
Department of Natural Resources Officers went to the Overlook Dam area in Dubois County Sunday afternoon in search of a swimmer that had gone underwater and not resurfaced.
Divers recovered the body of 19-year-old Edgar Osbaldo Garcia Herrera of Evansville later in the day.
This was the 2nd confirmed drowning of the season.
Another man was recovered two weeks ago. Xavier Richardson, 24, from Indianapolis was found near the Painter Creek boat ramp in the Orange County area of the lake.
