Former Navy Seal Jack Carr: Our Enemies Are Learning From Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
American hero Jack Carr is an ex-Navy Seal sniper who gave 20 years of his life in service to his country.
Carr returned to the Hammer and Nigel Show Tuesday to provide insight regarding what Americans and America’s enemies are learning from our country’s management of the Coronavirus pandemic.
“On an individual level, I think it’s been a wakeup call for a lot of people who got very comfortable over the last 50 years,” Carr said. “There are these little flash points every now and then – a riot, a national disaster, a terror attack – that doesn’t necessarily hit the whole country, but it hits hard enough in a city or region to sober those people up to the fact that the government isn’t always there to prevent a tragedy. So this is a wakeup call.”
Carr told Hammer and Nigel that his experience as a Navy Seal taught him the importance of preparedness and self-reliance.
“It’s important to be prepared and you owe that to yourself, your family, and the country at large as a good citizen,” he said.
Carr noted, however, that just as Americans are learning from the Coronavirus pandemic, so are our enemies.
“Terrorists, as well as state actors like China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea, are constantly evaluate what has and has not worked against us, and they’re adapting their plans accordingly,” explained Carr.
He continued: “They’ve absolutely been studying our response to COVID-19. They’ve seen how it sent the U.S. economy into a tailspin. What Russia has been attempting to do for 40 years, this virus did in a matter of weeks. So yes, our enemies are observing us and they are revising and refining their battle plans, and the era of the bioweapon is absolutely upon us.”
Carr, who is also a best-selling author, just published his latest book, “Savage Son.”
