Jefferson Starship Please Don’t Perform “We Built This City”

There’s a first responders event. We’ve got the story at WIBC.com. Johnette Cruz with the reporting. the Indy Public Safety Foundation. Bringing back a fundraising event called Frontline, which I had never heard of. Just because I didn’t hear it doesn’t mean it isn’t a thing. It’s going to be at the Everwise Amphitheatre, that’s White River State Park. Kansas and Jefferson Starship. Now. I’m gonna share something with you. Right now. That’s a fun time. That’s a good time. Well, you know. Certainly, if you are of a certain age, and certainly if you love a classic. And certainly, if you don’t mind a contact high, this is a great time. Absolutely incredible. I will say this though. For Jefferson Starship. “We built this city on Rock’n’Roll” is the worst song ever created ever. I’d rather listen to K pop. We Built This City is an awful, terrible, miserable song. It has no redeeming value. “Knee deep in the Hoopla.” Yeah, you need to sit down. So I’m just gonna ask, if you’re coming to town, please don’t play that. “We Built This City” is like the musical version of Tootsie Rolls. Just crap. “We Built This City” is the Tootsie Rolls of music. And Tootsie Rolls are “We Built This City” of candy. Glad I could glad I could explain that.
