JMV: Tonight’s game is the biggest in the history of the Pacers. Pressure is on as the Pacers seek to go up 3-1 on the Oklahoma City Thunder
The world is turning and the sports world is focused on Indianapolis: Game four of the NBA Finals. You’re Indiana Pacers against the Oklahoma City Thunder. How do you keep the pressure up against the team that does well with pressure JMV joins us from 93.5/107.5 The Fan. And that’s the that’s the question, man, how do you keep that pressure up? How do you work to further tire out this team from Oklahoma City, and how do you keep that up for two more games? Well, tell me what you saw.
JMV:
The end of game #3 was the place to do it just that it was what I like to call fighting fire with fire. They held the Thunder to 18 points. Not only did they stifle them defensively, I can’t remember the last time we talked about it. These are team that was stifling defensively. They were in the fourth. They Tony played an aggressive nature on the ball, off the ball, anticipating the passing lanes, turning the Thunder over 17 times in that game. But we saw it to a level that we haven’t seen honestly since the Thunder in game #2 So really, the Pacers are fighting fire with fire and giving the Thunder a taste of their own medicine.
