Pacers Hold Off Knicks in the Garden, Take 2-0 Lead
NEW YORK—The Indiana Pacers got a playoff career high 39 points out of Pascal Siakam and they knocked off the New York Knicks 114-109 at Madison Square Garden Friday night to take a 2-0 series in the Eastern Conference Finals.


The Pacers trailed 52-49 at half, but then outscored the Knicks 32-29 in the third quarter and 33-28 in the fourth.
Six players for Indiana joined Siakam in double figures. One of those was Myles Turner with 16 points and Tyrese Haliburton had 14 points to go along with 11 assists.
The Pacers shot 52% to the Knicks 48%. They also had 26 assists to the Knicks 18 even though New York won the rebounding battle 38-32.
Jalen Brunson led New York with 36 points.
