President Trump Signs Executive Order On Drug Price Caps

WASHINGTON–President Trump is looking to bring prescription drug and pharmaceutical prices down. He signed an executive order Monday morning that aims to slash prices in the U.S. to what other countries pay.
Trump said the U.S. will no longer subsidize the healthcare of other countries. The U.S. often pays as much as three times more than other developed nations for prescription drugs.
Trump called the executive order the one of most consequential in the country’s history.
