Woman Shot and Killed Near Indy’s East Side
INDIANAPOLIS — A woman was shot and killed near Indianapolis’ east side. It happened Monday night before 11:00.
Gooch was taken to a hospital. She was in bad shape, but she later died.
Officers were called to North Rural Street, which is near Brookside Park. They found 29-year-old Kia M. Gooch shot inside a home.
Police spoke to a person and labeled them as a person of interest, but they let them go.
