14-Year-Old Hit and Killed by Driver in Anderson

ANDERSON, Ind. — A 14-year-old has died after he was hit by a driver in Anderson Tuesday night around 11:00.
Anderson police say a driver was going southbound in the 100 block of South Scatterfield Road, which is north of the area near State Road 32. That’s when the driver hit the teenager while he was in the road. Officers say the teenager later died.
Officers say the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with them as they are looking into this. If you have any information, officers urge you to give them a call at 765-648-6795.
