Officer Hits and Kills Person in Mooresville
MOORESVILLE, Ind. — An on-duty Mooresville police officer hit a person standing in the road Friday night, according to the Mooresville Metropolitan Police Department.
It happened shortly after 11 p.m. The victim, who has not been identified, died from their injuries.
The Morgan County Serious Crash Investigations Team (SCIT) and Mooresville police are investigating the crash.
