Jim Irsay Was One Of The Most Kind Human Beings Anywhere Around Here

Jim Irsay was one of the most kind human beings anywhere around here. Indianapolis sports talker JMV talks about the legacy of Jim Irsay and the impact he had on those who knew him.
Today it is about the passing of Jim Irsay, owner of the Indianapolis Colts, passing away yesterday at the age of 65. JMV joins us right now, the voice of sports in Indiana. I was discussing earlier that you know my issues with the lack of transparency of the team’s real my issues regarding Chris Ballard being way too political during the era of the George Floyd riots. I didn’t enjoy any part of it. I still don’t I don’t think we’d be guys who hang out together but when you speak of players and former players talking about Jim Irsay nearly to a person, they all say that this is the guy they want to play with. They absolutely love him. How do you describe the legacy of Jim Irsay as a football guy?
JMV:
Beyond football and obviously football, being here in Indy and bringing championship football to Indy, here’s what he was and who he was. He was one of the most kind human beings anywhere around here that love this place, love being here.
