Stellantis Investigating Unsanitary Bathroom Conditions

KOKOMO, Ind. — Leaders at a Stellantis plant in Kokomo are trying to determine who is responsible for recent…messes, of sorts, in the bathrooms.
The mystery individual has apparently been smearing feces on the bathroom walls, door latches, sinks, handlebars, and more. He/she – assuming it is just one person – even left some “piles” on the floor.
In a letter, the company asked, “What is it accomplishing to perform such [a] careless and disgusting act?” It has decided that any other bathrooms found in this condition will simply be locked, instead of immediately cleaned, so the scene can be investigated.
But, a company spokesperson says, “The plant will ensure that bathroom facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized and remain accessible to employees.”
