INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metro Police have had a busy few hours with nearly a dozen shootings across the city.

Since 9:30 Saturday night, IMPD reported a walk-in person shot at Community East Hospital at North Ritter Avenue. That person is in stable condition. Another person walked into Methodist Hospital with a gunshot wound. That person is also in stable condition.

IMPD then responded to Guilford Avenue and Broad Ripple Avenue with another person shot. There’s no update on that person’s condition.

Another person was found shot at West 38th Street. That person is said to be awake and breathing. A similar shooting happened at West Ohio Street, and that person is also awake and breathing, said IMPD.

A second person entered Methodist Hospital with a gunshot wound. IMPD said that’s another person who’s awake and breathing.

Things became worse at Madison Avenue and Raymond Street with a person shot, but IMPD said that person is in critical condition. Another person is in critical condition after a shooting at Brookside Avenue.
