We need to open the asylums. Prosecutor in Colorado dismisses charges against a transgender sex offender accused of trying to kidnap a boy from a schoolyard after being deemed unfit for trial.
There is an absolutely horrific story out of Colorado. And, uh, allow me to start with the hmmm.. the headline first. It’s time to bring back the asylums. We failed in this experiment from the 80s where we opened the asylums and we let people out. We failed because there are some people who simply cannot be a part of society. They’re broken. Whether it’s the drugs, whether it’s mental illness, what have you.
But this is a story about a prosecutor in Colorado who’s going to be recalled dismissing charges against a transgender sex offender accused of trying to kidnap a boy from a schoolyard.
The district attorney’s office said they’re gonna drop the charges against this 33-year-old who attempted to snatch an 11-year-old during recess at an elementary school. You look at this guy’s mug shot, you’re like, my God, that’s a zombie.
No rational society would let this person on the streets. The rational society needs to make hard decisions and ensure the safety of the society for everyone.
