Time for another round of “True Fact or Full Pant Load?”

Today’s episode features the immensely talented and very much deceased Whitney Houston and her ex gal pal, Robyn Crawford!

First, a little background for your benefit:

Vicious, filthy, unsubstantiated rumors have been swirling around for years that for a brief time in the early 1980s, Ms. Robyn Crawford and the very much deceased Houston were more than just friends. In layman’s terms, that means they had sex, and quite possibly a lot of it!

Flash forward to 2019, in which Crawford has written a book and Houston is still very much deceased:

Crawford has confirmed in her memoir, “A Song for You: A Life with [the very much deceased] Whitney Houston,” that she and Bobby Brown’s ex punching bag were lovers.

Crawford speaks about the relationship in an upcoming interview with NBC News that is set to air in full on 11 November.

“In the early part of that friendship, it was physical,” Crawford told NBC. “It was during that first summer that we met, was the first time our lips touched. And it wasn’t anything planned, it just happened. And it felt wonderful. And then, not long after that, we spent the night together. And that evening was the night that we touched. And that just brought us closer.”

“We never talked about labels, like lesbian or gay,” Crawford writes in her memoir. “We just lived our lives and I hoped it could go on that way forever.”

But the now-deceased Houston soon ended the physical side of their relationship. “She said we shouldn’t be physical anymore, because it would make our journey even more difficult,” Crawford writes. “She said if people find out about us, they would use this against us, and back in the 80s that’s how it felt.”
