Caitlin Clark Arrives in Indy

Caitlin Clark has set another record—this time for a trading card. Her 2024 Panini Prizm WNBA Signatures Gold Vinyl card sold for $366,000 at a Goldin Auction. This is the highest price ever paid for a women’s sports trading card. It beat the previous record of $266,400 for a Serena Williams card in 2022.

Clark’s cards are in high demand. In December 2024, another of her cards sold for $234,850. Other top sales include $105,326 for a Panini Select WNBA Gold Vinyl Prizm and $97,600 for a Black Finite Prizm card.

Clark’s second WNBA season starts soon. She will play an exhibition game against Brazil’s National Team on May 4 at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
