Illegal Alien Dealing Meth Arrested Again In Indianapolis

Speaking of real issues, every city is a border city. Every state is a border state. Kurt Darling with the reporting. The story broke last night: A man from Mexico, deported three times already, was arrested in Indianapolis. Diego Escobar charged in federal court with dealing meth.

He’s being held in Marion County Jail on a detainer by ICE Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. Here’s where it gets interesting. Previously been arrested in Indianapolis back in 2022, as well as twice in Boone County between 2020 and 2022. All three. Arrest involved illegal gun and drug charges. The question IMPD and Boone County. Did you contact Immigrations and Customs Enforcement? Did you check his immigration status? Were you aware if he was here legally or illegally? And did you make moves to try and suppress that information from federal authorities or did federal authorities during that time. Did the Biden administration even ask? We’ve been asking the question of IMPD. They said they haven’t been asked to help in any immigration sweeps. We asked if you were asked to help, would you assist. They did not answer our questions.
They moved around it. And honestly, the more I think about it, IMPD, no, you don’t get to talk to us like that. I don’t care who you are… Answers to questions matter. This is how we treat each other respectfully…We asked the question. I didn’t make fun of your mother. If asked, now that Governor Mike Braun has signed the executive order saying that law enforcement will assist Federal authorities in these immigration issues if asked to participate in an immigration sweep. Will you assist, yes or no? Now we get to ask the other questions if you come across somebody who is dealing math, and you know they’re here illegally. Do you report that to Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, yes or no? Chief Bailey, I need you to come on the show and answer the questions for Indianapolis and the state of Indiana.
