Man Arrested after Shooting at a Car

FISHERS, Ind. — A man from Brazil, Indiana was arrested after shooting at a person’s car early Saturday. 

Before that, Ronald Leach was asked to leave a bar in Fishers. He later came back and started arguing with a bartender over the whereabouts of his driver’s license.  

The employee left the bar and saw Leach in a turn lane, so that’s when the employee drove the other way. Leach then opened fire at the bartender’s car, which was near the intersection of 116th Street and Exit 5 Parkway. The victim was okay, but their car was damaged  

Officers then arrived at the scene before 4:00 in the morning, found Leach, and pulled him over. They say he was under the influence as well. Leach was then taken to Hamilton County Jail, where he was charged not only with opening fire and being under the influence, but he was also charged with criminal recklessness.
