New York, NY –President-elect Trump is being sentenced to unconditional discharge in his New York hush-money case. The sentence is imposed without imprisonment, fine or probation supervision.

Trump was found guilty on 34 felony counts last year of falsifying business records in connection to hush money payments made to an adult film actress right before the 2016 election.  It comes after the Supreme Court rejected his request to block sentencing yesterday.
