Former Colts Player Arrested After Urinating On Another Passenger Mid-Flight
Former Colts player Gosder Cherilus was arrested on a Delta flight from Boston to Dublin, Ireland after he purposely urinated on another passenger.
The flight left early Sunday but was forced to make an unplanned stop after reports of an “unruly passenger who urinated on another passenger on board.” It was later reported that Cherilus appeared to be drunk when he boarded the plane, while picking arguments with the flight crew about his seat. An hour into the flight he then urinated on an elderly person, hit another passenger, then passed out.
Once the flight landed in Massuchusetts, local police said the 40-year-old “became irate and uncooperative.” He was arrested for disorderly conduct and disturbing a flight crew.
Cherilus posted on X Monday about the incident. He apologized for his behavior and claimed he had taken a sleeping medication that caused him to act abnormal.
Gosder played for the Detroit Lions in 2008 – 2012, the Colts from 2013-2015, and then for the Buccaneers from 2015-2017.
