10 Year Old Shot & Killed By Another Child in Fort Wayne
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A ten-year-old boy was shot and killed in Fort Wayne Monday.
Police say it happened just before 6 o’clock Monday evening on Carterton Drive, which is on the southeast side of Fort Wayne. The cops found 10-year-old Ray Dee One with a gunshot to the head. His death has been ruled a homicide.
The suspect was found a short time later. That suspect is a child, whose name has not been released by Fort Wayne detectives.
The Allen County Coroner’s Office says One’s death has been ruled a homicide, and that the child suspect is facing a charge of Reckless Homicide.
Police say the suspect is cooperating in the investigation.
